SOLICITATION NOTICE -- The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment to construct roads, railways, holding pads, transfer pads, reinforced concrete retaining walls, drainage system, fire protection water system, electrical power system, area and street lighting, and lighting protection, clearing and grubbinhg, excavation and embankment, connection to and protection of existing underground utility systems (water and sanitary sewer), protection of existing underground utility lines (gas, oil, water, sewer and fuel), relocation of underground pipelines, construction of rail turnouts, signals and grade crossings, demolition of existing buildings and abandoned roads, removal of asbestos containing materials, removal of underground storage tanks, chain link fencing and incidental related work. The contract will be awarded based on "Best Value" using criteria outlined in the solicitation. This contract is firm fixed price.
