German, Contracting Officer, (202) 307-0613 The Office of Justice Programs intends to award a sole source purchase order to Gwen A. Holden to assist OGC in developing for the OGC library a diverse range of legal, historical, and other reference materials to support work on behalf of OJP. Explore the availability and accessibility of electronic databases and specialized law and topical libraries that may house information pertinent to the OGC's work. Assist the OGC in developing routines, protocols, and procedures for tracking and analyzing federal laws and regulations affecting the activities of OJP agencies and programs and for producing periodic compilations and indices of statutes governing OJP administered grant-in-aid initiatives. It is necessary for the Office of Justice Programs to utilize Gwen Holden who has knowledge of and twenty-one years experience with an organization specialized in monitoring the development and analyzing the potential impact of legislative and federal administrative actions affecting management of federal criminaljustice grant-in-aid programs. Ms. Holden is knowledgeable of a broad and diverse range of legal, policy, regulatory, and administrative publications that are of interest to OJP and to the national constituency of state and local, public and non-profit agencies and organizations. This purchase order will be negotiated under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 2152(c)(1) -- Only one responsible source with unique capabilities. This is not a request for quotation.
