This requirement will be satisfied using commercial acquisition procedures as described in FAR Part 12. The Coast Guard does not own, not can it provide drawings or specifications for these items. Offerors must have access to all current applicable Technical Orders required to perform the specified work prior to contract award. The solicitation will be issued on or about 20 March 1997.
