F -- ENVIRON SVCS, STUDIES, & ANALYTICAL SUPPORT SOL N68335-98-R-0079 DUE 031498 POC Mary O'Connor, Code 223MO, (732) 323-2068 The Government intends to procure environmental support services for the Naval Air Engineering Station, Lakehurst, New Jersey. The contractor shall provide environmental compliance evaluation support, mitigation support, pollution prevention planning, hazardous material handling, Geographical Information System (GIS), Occupational Safety and Health Act, environmental training, technology transfer and related services to assist the Station in achieving and maintaining compliance with applicable Federal, State, Navy and local environmental, health and safety laws and regulations. The contractor shall assist the Environmental Branch in achieving compliance with Environmental Health and Safety laws and regulations and related Navy requirements, as well as GIS software, design, development, digitizing and other systems and support services, as part of the contractor provided Environmental Compliance Evaluation support services. This will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity award for a basic year of 35,720 man hours, with four, one year options, containing 35,720 man hours each.
