C -- INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY A-E CONTRACT, DANNELLY FIELD (ANG), ABSTON ANG STATION, AND HALL ANG STATION, MONTGOMERY, AND DOTHAN, AL SOL DAHA01 98 R 0002 POC SSG Lewis, (334) 271-7336, Contract Specialist Project consists of furnishing Architect-Engineer Services for the preparation of design documents, surveys, cost studies and reports for various mechanical, electrical environmental, and structural projects to include but not be limited to rehabilitation of buildings, roofing systems, and site construction management. The services will be provided under an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity architectural engineering contract, the total cumulative amount of all delivery orders will not exceed $1,500,000. Each delivery order will not exceed $300,000. Delivery orders may be issued for one year under the indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract and may, at the Government's option be extended for an additional year. The technical capabilities that are required include civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, environmental, and architectural disciplines. Special qualifications include experience in heating and air conditioning, building renovation, and construction management. A-E Selection Criteria will include in relative order of importance: 1. Professional qualifications, 2. Specialized experience in designing similar projects, 3. Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time, 4. Past performance, 5. Location of A-E firm, 6. Volume of previous DOD work. Architectural-Engineer firms which meet the requirements described in the announcement and wish to bid, should submit: (1) A completed SF 254 U.S. Government Architect-Engineer Questionnaire, (2) An SF 255, A-E and Related Services Questionnaire for this specific project within thrity (30) days of this publication in order to be considered for selection. No project is made an no further action is required. If a current (less than one year old) SF 254 has previously been submitted, a letter stating so should be submitted within the above time frame to assure consideration.
