Bid documents to be available on February 4, 1998, with an opening date of March 4, 1998. Requests for bid package must be in writing; fax requests accepted when addressed to the Contracting Officer at 713/794-7869. A mandatory site visit will be conducted on February 19, 1998. Cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period will be 60 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed.
