Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for rowhouse conversion at USCG Air Station Cape Cod, Bourne, MA (Barnstable County). The project converts four 2-bedroom rowhouses into two 4-bedroom rowhouses. Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of several existing concrete block partitions, supporting girders, new lintels, new gypsum drywall partitions.
