in using existing commercial off-the-shelf courses. The Government
specifically encourages and invites small businesses, historically
underutilized businesses, woman-owned businesses, and historically
black colleges and universities and minority institutions to submit
their capabilities and qualifications. If your company can conduct the
below described training, then please submit a budgetary quotation to
furnish such services. The Request for Quotation number is

fees/commissions are included in the quoted price (including any such
fees claimed by subcontractors), please identify the amount and submit
a "Contractors Statement of Contingent or Other Fees" (Standard Form
119). You are also requested to submit a breakdown of the fee related
to the service performed by your sales representative. Notwithstanding
the requirement in the paragraph above, any contract resulting from

in writing by the following countries, when training is for:
Australia, Taiwan, Egypt, Greece, Iran, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Republic
of Korea, Kuwait, Pakistan, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Bahrain
