The VA National Acquisition Center (NAC) Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor Team will be hosting a pre-solicitation conference on February 11, 1998, to discuss the draft solicitation for the follow-on Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV) distribution contracts and to respond to general questions raised by prospective offerors. Interested firms and parties are encouraged to attend. A draft copy of the solicitation will be forwarded to prospective offerors before the conference. Offerors are encouraged to fax comments and questions in advance to Susan Massie, Conference Coordinator at the number indicated below. Due to space limitations, prospective offerors (including interested drug return firms) will be given first consideration for seat reservations. We ask that you limit the number of attendees from your firm to three individuals. All other interested persons or firms will be seated on a first come, first served basis. Reservations must be requested in writing and include the name, title, phone and FAX number of those attending from your firm. A reservation form is included with this notice.
