Sealed offers are due on or before Tuesday, February 24, 1998 no later than 4:00 p.m. EST. The estimated cost for construction if between $375,000.00 and $550,000.00. The contract completion time is one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC OPENING OF THE PROPOSALS AND THE RESULTS OF THE ADVERTISEMENT WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED UNTIL AWARD OF THE PROJECT. There will not be a preproposal conference held for this project.
