Valve to meet high shock and vibration requirements IAW MIL-S-901D and MIL-STD_167 respectively. Valve shall be provided complete with mounted hydraulic actuator. Differential drive required. Actuator shall be furnished with a handwheel for manual override capability and a dual source by-pass manifold with a double pilot operated check valve, relief valve and four (4) SAE 6 hydraulic oil inlet ports. Both closed and open mechanical stops, and an integrated limit switch for electrical hook-up to a remote valve position indicator shall be provided. Hydraulic actuators for hi-performance Butterfly valves shall be IAW MIL-P-18111A. Materials shall be such that the parts will not corrode in a salt water environment. Bronze required-cast iron shall not be used. Keystone model K7800-042-100-06 with NU-Torque actuator is an acceptable unit. Desired delivery is 10 weeks, required delivery is 12 weeks after effective date of contract. Inspection at source, acceptance at destination.
