The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire the lease and recycle of Plastic Media Blasting Material for the Naval Air Station (NAS) Joint Reserve Base (JRB) Willow Grove, PA. This material is for use in coatings removal and surface cleaning from aircraft, aircraft components and support equipment. Subject material shall be produced from plastic stock of uniform color, hardness and density and shall meet United States Military Specification MIL-P-85891 A, Type II 16/20, 12/20, 12/16 grade. A firm fixed price, requirements contract is anticipated. FOB destination to NAS JRB Willow Grove. Period of performance is one year base plus four (4) one year option periods.
