LEVEL I APBI -- PARTNERING FOR PROGRESS INTO THE 21ST CENTURY The Industrial Operations Command (IOC), The National Defense Industrial Assn. (NDIA) and The Assn. of the US Army (AUSA) will be co-sponsoring a Level I APBI on 3-4 March 1998 at the Holiday Inn- Airport in Moline, Illinois. The theme is ''Partnering for Progress into the 21st Century''. Keynote speaker is LTG Dennis Benchoff from the Army Materiel Command (AMC). Additional AMC speakers are COL (P) Jeanette K. Edmunds, DCS for Ammunition and Mr. Gary Tull, who will speak on the latest status in acquisition reform. Partnering initiatives will also be discussed.
