FEE COLLECTION AND RESERVATION SERVICE FOR JEFFERSON NATIONAL EXPANSION MEMORIAL, ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI. Contractor to provide labor, supplies and materials, hardware, software, and ADP equipment necessary to collect entrance and recreation fees and make reservations for recreational activities at Jefferson National Expansion Memorial, St. Louis, Missouri. This procurement is being considered for a non-competitive procurement with Bi-State Development Agency of the Missouri-Illinois Metropolitan District. Service includes management and staffing of collections and reservation operation on a year round basis. Equipment includes cash registers, ADP equipment to support a multi-workstation local area network, and secure storage facilities for monies collected. Software includes programs necessary to provide cash accountability, detailed sales data, multiple event reservation system, and an educational/school program reservation system. Supplies and materials include ticket stock and all necessary office materials and machines. Responsible for depositing monies collected in a federal depository following approved procedures. Utilities for operation will be the responsibility of the contractor.
