Z -- The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB, intends to solicit for the following project: XUMU 95-1113B, Renovate Chapel II Interior, Vandenberg AFB, CA. The work shall include, but not be limited to, demolition of existing interior; carpentry of chapel specific structures; insulation, doors and windows; glazing; drywall, tile and interior painting; repair and refinish of wood flooring; furnish and installation of signage, toilet accessories, and cabinetry; furnish and installation of projection screen; furnish and installation of shades, exterior floor mats and frames. The specifications and drawings will describe work in detail. Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1542. See Note 1. The small business size standard for the concern, including its affiliates is $17 million in average receipts for its preceeding 3 fiscal years. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The total contract performance period is 270 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Plans and specifications will be provided on a "first come, first served" basis. The cost of each specification package will be $90.00, (non-refundable)via certified check, cashier's check, or money order. PERSONAL OR COMPANY CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
