December 31, 1997 concerning support services of customer satisfaction
surveys as follows: This notice is an actual combined
synopsis/solicitation for a procurement of commercial items conducted
under simplified acquisition procedures instead of a sources sought
notice. In addition to capability information,interested parties must
provide a price quotation to accomplish the stated work based upon an
estimated level of effort of 450 clerical staff hours and 510
professional staff hours and relevant past performance information.
This includes at least three references along with contacts names and
telephone numbers. The following factors shall be used to evaluate
responses: (A) Technical capability/experience, (B) Past performance in
accomplishing similar efforts, and (C) Price. Factor A is more
important than B, and together are substantially more important than C.
Firms previously responding must provide all additional information
necessary for complete evaluation based upon all factors stated above
prior to COB Monday, February 2, 1998. All other information in the
