Award will be made on a sole source basis to John E. Reid & Associates 250 South Waker Drive, Suite 1100, Chicago Illinois 60606. This is a firm fixed price requirement for Interviewing and Interrogation Techniques, used by the U.S. Secret Service. Estimated number of classes is twelve (12). The period of performance shall be January 30, 1998 through September 30, 1998. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Responses are due by 1:00 P.M. January 29, 1998. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the preparation of response to this announcement.
