The technical specifications cover the requirements for a truck, which may be used on suburban expressways, urban arterial streets and standard guage railroad tracks. All parts, items or features not specifically furnished to provide a complete vehicle shall be furnished by the successful Bidder at the bid price and shall confirm in quality of material and workmanship to that usually provided by industry standards and in accordance with specifications outlined in ML-98-SB-2350.
