SOL W31RYO-OMEE-MRSS POC Contract Specialist Jan Burke (205) 895-1147 Contracting Officer Lynda Bonds (205)895-1132 (Site Code DACA87) Sources sought for responsible contractors interested in an anticipated five year multiple award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), firm-fixed-price and time and materials contract for operation and maintenance services and incidental repair and replacement services at Government medical and non-medical facilities in the continental United States (CONUS), Hawaii and Alaska, and outside the continental United States (OCONUS). It is anticipated that the services may include facility operation, preventive maintenance (PM), custodial, grounds and other incidental activities associated with operation and maintenance. Prospective sources shall be required to demonstrate independent capabilities, or via subcontract or team arrangements as follows: (a) determine qualification as a small business (Standard Industrial Classification Code 8744); (b) past technical experience in performing operation and maintenance services; (c) develop an acceptable approach for performing and executing the work; (d) demonstrate corporate experience and knowledge in managing operation and maintenance programs, to include personnel; (e) develop approach to meet requirements for an approved subcontracting plan and establish controls that will assure subcontracting opportunities; and (f) demonstrate methods of cost control. Existing contracts for the same or similar work are valued at $26.5 million; however, there is no guarantee that follow-on contracts will be for a comparable amount.
