Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), is conducting "The 1998 West
Coast Procurement Conference, Building the Bridge to Success", March 18
and 19, 1998, at the Manhattan Beach Marriott Hotel in Manhattan Beach,
California. Prepresentatives from Northwest Mountain Region, Seattle;
Southwest Region, Forth Worth; Great Lakes Region, Chicago; Central
Region, Kansas City; Western-Pacific Region, Los Angeles; Mike Monroney
Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City; FAA Headquarters, Washington, D.C.
and other government representatives will be in attendance. The
purpose of the conference is to acquaint contractors with procurement
reform and how they can work with the FAA under the Acquisition
Management System. Space is limited to 200 each day. You can attend
either one of the two days, but no both due to space limitations. For
