Dobson, Contracting Officer The Western Area Power Administration (Western) requires administrative support, information management support and technical support as described in Performance Specification SNR 0001, dated January 16, 1998. The anticipated contract will provide support services at the Folsom Operations Center Elverta Warehouse, and Redding Maintenance Facility, for five years. Task orders will be issued annually, modified as required, to identify and fund the skill categories and quantities needed to fulfill SNR's mission. Pricing for the new contract will be on a firm-fixed Labor Hour basis for each skill category, for each year, with rates locked in at the time of award. Western solicits offers from eligible 8(a) firms only. A pre-proposal conference will be held approximately February 12, 1998.
