The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) has a requirement for the development and maintenance of standard and dynamic Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) throughout DFAS using the Living Disaster Recovery Planning System (LDRPS). The goal is to improve DFAS ability to protect its resources and provide for continuity of operations. This includes integrating with the COOP plans of customers and service providers. The place of performance will be at each DFAS Center; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; Denver, CO; Kansas City, KS; and Indianapolis, IN. A time and materials, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract is anticipated. The period of performance will be a base year and four one year options plus an option to extend the contract for six months in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.
