One year with an annual renewal option. The contractor shall provide overall general support to the EMDL System (A Visual DBASE Program) as follows while working closely with command personnel: a. All necessary computer resource support to maintain the automation of the equipment Management Data List (EMDL) System. b. Systems administration and database administration for the EMDL program. c. LAN integration of the EMDL computer program. d. Integration of approved programming changes to the EMDL. e. Recommendation/enhancements to improve EMDL program. f. Problem resolution from EMDL users. g. Participation in technical work group meetings. h. Special ad hoc reports for management personnel. i. Quarterly funding reports on expenditures. and j. Site visits (travel) associated with EMDL support. Contract action will be other than full and open competition under authority of 10 USC 2304 (c). l.
