Systems Simulation and Development Directorate Technical and Engineering Support with Nichols Research Corporation for 630,210 additional labor hours with associated travel and material, to provide continued support until a follow-on contract is initiated. Nichols Research Corporation is the only responsible source capable of providing this effort to avoid a gap in support, to allow a transition/training period, and to avoid unacceptable delays to high priority missile programs, and is the only contractor possessing the unique capabilities and expertise to perform this effort.
