(FAA) is soliciting proposals on a full and open competitive basis
from qualified organizations to provide appropriate initial and
recurrent ground school, level "C" simulator and flight training to
airline transport pilot standards for a type rating for 6 FAA
inspectors in the Falcon DA-50 aircraft. The contract will be for a one
year base period with two (2) 1-year option periods to be exercised at
the option of the government. The Standard Industrial Classification
(SIC) Code is 8299. Interested companies should initially attempt to

acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation
-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term
Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts
