The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with AJAX Electric Company, Molten Salt Corporation. As AJAX Electric Company is the only company that can provide the oxidantion vessel which also provides the catalyst for the oxidation reactions and accelerates destruction of organic material. The molten salt vessel prevents emissions of acidic gaseous pollutants.
