Provide engineering, technical, and logistics support of shipboard and shore applications of navigation, and other systems and equipment for all Navy ships. The services shall include: 1) Equipment/Systems/Programs; 2) Navigation systems and equipment (a) involving AN/WSN-7 Ring Laser Gyro Navigator and associated support peripherals, (b) AN/WSN-XX Ring Laser Gyrocompass and associated support peripherals, (c) IP-1747 Control Display Unit (CDU), (d) IP-1746 Secondary Control Display Unit (SDCU) (e) Navigation Sensor System Interface (NAVSSI), (f) Aircraft Inertial Alignment Systems (AIAS, SNAIAS, etc.) including but not limited to: Digital Data Test Set, OU-174 and other data converters, AN/SRC-40 and support equipment, and AIAS Distribution Hardware. A Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) with some Firm Fixed Priced CLINS, service type contract (with task orders), for a base year and four (one-year) option periods, will be awarded. The Standard Industry Code is 8711, and the applicable size standard is $420.0M. This procurement will be issued on a full and open competition basis.
