The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA, Aircraft Operations Center (AOC), MacDill Air Force Base, Florida intends to issue a contract to Flight Watch International, Marietta, Georgia to perform modifications to Flight Watch Software to conform to Common Aviation Management Information System (C-AMIS) version 2.0 data structure. AOC has a requirement to conform to the Interagency Committee on Aviation Policy's C-AMIS version 2.0 standards. C-AMIS is an aircraft management tool mandated by OMB circular A-126. AOC currently uses Flight Watch for inventory, maintenance logs and to track issues. The required modifications will provide compatibility with C-AMIS standards in Windows format, certifiable by GSA to be in conformance. Modules will include, but not be limited to inventory, maintenance, labor, administration, scientific, and flight logs. The system will include a Government Cost Accounting Guide. Modifications will include data conversion of existing database to the new structure. The Government intends to solicit from only one source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. (c) (1). This is not a call for proposals. Interested parties are encouraged to respond to this announcement within 15 days of its publication and shall submit in writing, its name, address, point of contact, telephone number, business size and a brief statement regarding its capability to provide the specified service and the names, telephone numbers, and points of contact for businesses or other Government agencies to which it has previously provided similar items.
