A Firm Fixed Price Contract is contemplated. The base period will be for 14 months with a 12 month option period and another six month option period. Performance and Payment bonds as well as a Bid Bond are required. This requirement is restricted to 8(a) firms which are serviced by the SBA New Jersey District Office and which have the SIC Code 8744 among their approved SIC codes.
