The United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for workroom addition and miscellaneous work at the Main Post Office, 49 Railroad Avenue, South Hamilton, MA. The estimated cost for the construction of the Main Post Office/Postal Retail Store is between $60,000.00 and $90,000.00. The contract completion time is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days afterreceipt of Notice to Proceed. THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC OPENING OF THE PROPOSALS AND THE RESULTS OF THE ADVERTISEMENT WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED UNTIL AWARD OF THE PROJECT. Work includes but is not limited to, providing all materials, labor and equipment required to construct a building addition of approximately 800 square feet and miscellaneous renovations.
