70 -- DATA AGING SOFTWARE TOOL FOR YEAR 2000 COMPLIANCY SOL CS-98-102 DUE 012798 POC Mark Weinstein, (202) 927-0567 The United States Customs Service plans to procure from Gladstone Computer Services of Sangus, CA on a non-competitive basis a data aging software tool for Year 2000 Compliance. In order to fully test, validate, and verify United States Customs Service data for Year 2000 compliancy, the automated tool needs to do the following: (1) allow the testers to age data on a data base and/or all data bases; (2) allow the testers to compare data that was not aged and processed through programs not renovated with data that was aged and processed through renovated programs and Produce a report that displays the differences between compared data.; and (3) allow the testers the capability of scanning data bases to determine the contents of all data base fields and the format of the data. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. Responsible sources are invited to identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. All responsible sources are invited to submit an affirmative response inclusive of pricing information, a price quotation, published pricelists, past performance references, software licensing documents, technical literature etc. which would indicate that your offered software product meets the Government requirement.
