Component Lead, (805) 982-5073 The purpose of this contract is to acquire contractor support to assist the Engineering Service Center to implement pollution prevention (P2) technologies at DOD installations world wide. The types of technologies to be implemented under this contract will vary widely. All the equipment will replace or compliment existing equipment and will result in reduced site transfers of toxic pollutants and solid wastes. Implementation includes: on-site assessments, technology assessment/evaluation, technology modifications, providing for the delivery of materials and equipment, installation, on-site training of activity personnel in the use of the equipment, and other logistics support required to make the technology fully operational. Specific types of equipment will be identified in individual delivery orders or as a result of installation site assessments. This contract type will be a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee with Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) provisions for one year base period plus four (4) one-year options. The estimated value of the base year and the first 3 option years is $3,000,000 each and the estimated value of the fourth option year is $2,000,000, for a total estimated value of $14,000,000.
