PRESOLICITATION NOTICE -- Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: Replacement of cooling coil in Air Handling Unit. Replacement of piping and valves between cooling coil and chiller. Replacement of exhaust fan in mechanical room. Modifications to existing supply fan in Air Handling Unit. Installation of humidifier in room 13 and associated electrical work to supply power to humidifier. Magnitude is between $25,000.00 -- $100,000.00. Performance period is 90 calendar days. Solicitation will be available on or about 20 Jan 98 with a BOD of 26 Jan 98. Package will be sent upon written request.
