Department of Veterans Affairs Upstate New York VA Healthcare Network is evaluating an unsolicited proposal from a current sharing partner, Empire Site Company, Inc., Delmar, NY 12054, to provide marketing and management of existing government-owned rooftop space for use by telecommunications firms at five of the six locations in Upper New York State which make up the Network 2 facilities. A current sharing agreement exists between the Department of Veterans Affairs and Empire Site Co., Inc. for the management of rooftop space at the Stratton VA Medical Center facility located in Albany, NY. The purpose of this Notice is to identify potential sources who have the capability and interest in providing site management services for the remaining five Network 2 facilities located in Bath, NY, Batavia, NY, Buffalo, NY, Canandaigua, NY, and Syracuse, NY. Prospective offerors are invited to submit complete information on how it will utilize and manage this space for the purpose intended.
