The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command intends to negotiate with Raytheon Aircraft Company (RAC), Wichita, Kansas a sole source contract for MQM-107D Target Support Equipment consisting of 10ea MQM-107D, 188ea TRX-4A Tow Targets, one lot -- MQM-107D Spares, one lot -- parachute spares, one lot -- expendables and consumables, 45ea rocket motors and adapter, one lot -- engine spares, 12se -- target group sets, one lot -- controller training and one lot -- in-country training. A Firm-Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. Government inspection and acceptance will be at origin. Delivery by 23 Nov 99. Subcontractor activities must be arranged directly with RAC.
