The requirements previously synopsized as the TACTICAL ENGAGEMENT
INSTRUMENTATION AND RANGES (TEIR) have been separated into two (2)
distinct requirements/solicitations. The acquisition now titled Combat
Training Instrumentation (CTI) is for the Integrated Logistics Support
(ILS), operations, and maintenance, support services and integration
efforts for the Combat Training Centers (CTC), the Precision Range
Integrated Maneuver Exercise (PRIME) mobile instrumentation suite and
the Aerial Survivability Engagement Trainer IV (ASET IV). Major tasks
include computer system administration and operations, hardware and
software engineering, system and component maintenance, Training
Analysis and Feedback (TAF) operators/computer operators, battlefield
effects, wheel & track vehicle maintenance, supply operations, and
other support services. The services will be provided for the National
Training Center (NTC) Fort Irwin, CA; the Joint Readiness Training
Center (JRTC), Fort Polk, LA; Combat Maneuver TrainingCenter (CMTC)
Hohenfels, Germany; the PRIME mobile instrumentation systems at Fort
Hood, TX. Presolicitation conferences, site survey dates and other
