The items to be provided are listed as Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical. The total number of line items in the Bill of Materials to be provided with the solicitation is five hundred twenty four (524). All materials will be shipped to the U.S Despatch Agency in Miami, Florida. A formal solicitation will be issued for this procurement action. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible offeror on an "all or none" basis. Multiple awards may not be considered for this procurement. The approximate period of performance for delivery of the materials under the contract will be 4-6 weeks from contract award. The Department anticpates contract award in Mid-February 1998.
