The government intends to procure on a sole source basis to Lambda Physik for the purchase of an compex 102 excimer laser capable of operating at 193 nm and 248 nm with the following minimum specifications: pulse power: greater than or equal to 200 mJ @ 193 nm, 300 mJ @ 248 nm, repetition rate: greater than or equal to 10 Hz, beam dimensions: beam must extend at least 1.5 cm in long direction, no more than 1.5 cm in short direction, spatial coherence: greater than or equal to. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, supplemented with information included in this notice.
