The VAMC Salisbury, NC will be negotiating a lease with Carolinas HealthCare System to provide space for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic. This commercial item acquisition is for laboratory services to be provided by a CAP or JCAHO accredited lab. These services will be on an as-needed basis, for only those veterans seen and referred by a practitioner at the Charlotte Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The Charlotte CBOC will operate Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm and Saturday, 8am -- 4pm. The contractor providing laboratory services should provide services during the same hours of operation.
