This requirement is for 1 year service/maintenance for Targetry Equipment and includes all on-site monthly and quarterly maintenance operations, and all repair services as required by the Government's Statement of Work. This requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis from Arcata Associates, 4620 Eaker Street, North Las Vegas, NV 89030-2705 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other source can satisfy the Government's requirements. Arcata Associates is the only authorized dealer/distributor for Australian Defense Industries, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Maintenance services will be performed on site and will commence immediately upon contract award. It is anticipated that a fixed price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). A formal RFQ will not be prepared. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Agency. (0005)
