The following FAR Provisions are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and no additional addenda applies. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial items is applicable as follows: The following factors shall be used toevaluate offers: Technical, Delivery, Past Performance and Price. The lowest price, technically acceptable product which meets the Government requirements as listed in Line Items 1 through 3 will be considered. Delivery will be the contractors ability to initiate delivery within 30 days after receipt of order. Past Performance will be considered as it relates to the contractors ability to provide similar items.
