Solicitation will be issued on or about February 9, 1998. The schedule covers delivery to various Federal Medical Facilities within the 50 states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico. Resultant multiple award contracts will be indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery. The contract performance period will be April 1, 1998, or date of award, whichever is later, through March 31, 1999. Only proposals from new offerors will be considered for award.
