Hooper, 915-654-5134 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Language training packages (to include all meals, lodging, classroom instruction, airfare from San Angelo, Texas, and logistical support in-country) courses are to be 4 weeks in duration and a minimum of six hours daily must be spent on study (dates to be determined later). Classes are for the following: one person for Israel, two people for Tunisia, and two people for Korea. Contractor to provide detailed information of programs and a listing of references, no more than six months old, for evaluation with proposal. Provide detailed price list for the above listed items. Award will be made on technical merit with price as a secondary consideration, multiple award is possible, however a total package may be offered as a separate line item.
