R -- MODIFICATION TO PURCHASE ORDER OJP-97-223-M POC Raymond C. German, Contracting Officer, (202) 307-0613 The Office of Justice Programs (OJP) intends to modify on a sole source basis the subject purchase order for consulting services to assist OJP in complying with the requirements of the E-FOIA amendments. The current contractor is Zimmerman Associates, 8229 Boone Boulevard, Suite 200, Vienna, Virginia 22182. The modification will extend the services of the current purchase order from December 31, 1997 through April 6, 1998. During the extended period, the Contractor shall maintain the FOIA reading room and law library; make FOIA reading room resources available on the web site; and assist the Office of General Counsel FOIA team with FOIA administration, inlcuding the preparation of FOIA/PA status reports. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any other firm desiring consideration must submit documentation which demonstrates its technical capability to perform the requirements. (0364)
