The successful contractor shall provide OEM or equivalently trained technicians to perform necessary maintenance and repairs. Service includes four (4) preventive maintenance (PM) visits per year and unlimited on-call maintenance between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
