The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has an ongoing requirement for the installation, design, and maintenance services associated with its Haworth Systems Furniture throughout EPA Headquarters in the Washington, DC area. EPA's Facilities and Management Services Division (FMSD) within the Office of Administration and Resources Management (OARM) has a requirement to provide services which include: adding or removing components to Haworth Systems Furniture Work Stations (HSFWS); disassembly and reassembly of entire work stations; changing the shape or layout of HSFWS; providing detailed installation plans for new design layouts of HSFWS; and maintaining and repairing HSFWS. To meet its requirements, EPA anticipates issuing a single Blanket Purchase Agreement to Haworth Inc. c/o Omnifics, 635 Slaters Lane, Alexandria, VA 22314. EPA's FMSD believes that Haworth Inc. c/o Omnifics is the only company that can fulfill EPA's requirements in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. EPA is hereby soliciting responses from businesses who believe they can also provide these types of services to the Agency.
