The government intends to procure the following requirement as a sole source acquisition from Virtual Products of Montreal Quebec Canada: VAPS Fundamentals On-Site (5 Days) Training (P/N: 30110-6), VAPS Advanced On-Site (5 Days) Training (P/N: 30210-6), VAPS/CCG Libraries for Windows NT/95 Open GL Version (P/N: 1-00206-1), VAPS/CCG Libraries for Windows NT/95 Maintenance (P/N: 1-00206-2), and Instructor travel and per diem costs. This training is required by the ADAPS program office personnel who are working in close coordination with the TEMS flight to develop the capability to interconnect the Test and Evaluation Modeling Simulation facility and the Real-time mission support environment. This training will enable ADAPS program personnel to successfully use previously purchased Virtual Products software. No RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. This award will be issued on the basis of other than full and open competition, in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 as stated requirements can only be satisfied by the manufacturer of these items.
