This project is to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to renovate various areas of building 2: first floor entrance and lobby, fitness room on level 1A, second floor except array face rooms, third floor except array face rooms, elevator floor, and elevator door frames. The work includes, but is not limited to architectural finishes, minor wall construction, new ceiling tiles, lights, and miscellaneous mechanical and electrical work to support the ceiling replacement. This will be a firm-fixed priced contract. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. All firms requesting a package will indicate whether or not they are a small, small disadvantaged, or women owned business concern. Packages will be mailed out on or about 21 Jan 98.
