The solicitation number for this RFP has been changed from DACA31-97-R-0057 to DACA31-98-R-0015. All contractors that requested the solicitation under R-0057 will automatically receive the R-0015 package when available. Due to numerous delays in the issuance of the CD-ROM for this project, it is now anticipated that the RFP will be issued in March 1998. Further information will be publicized as it becomes available.
