This procurement is unrestricted and is to provide pest control service for the treatment of dry wood termites at the Bachelor Officer Quarters, Building 11, Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, FL. Contractor is to provide certified, trained and competent labor, material, equipment, and supplies necessary to tent entire building and fumigate to eliminate dry wood termites, an estimated 2,500,000 cubic feet. The contractor shall be licensed by the State of Florida to provide pest control in the category specified in the contract and all work shall be under the supervision of a State of Florida certified, responsible individual and in accordance with all Federal, State, Local, and installation laws and requirements. All pesticides shall be procured, processed, handled and applied in strict accordance with the manufacturer's label, which shall be registered with the Environmental Protection Agency and applicable state lead agency for enforcement of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
